In Nevada, Keegan has practiced law in the areas of real estate, eminent domain, common-interest communities, estate planning and general civil litigation. She has developed her mastery of real estate law with her experience serving as the Nevada Realtors Legal Information Line Attorney, the largest trade association in Nevada, where she provided legal guidance to its 20,000+ membership base, and as Corporate In-house Counsel for Corcoran Global Living, a multi-billion dollar real estate brokerage company, managing the risk management hotline and Nevada & Ohio legal operations generally. 

In Honolulu, Hawaii she specialized in insurance defense focused on medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, automobile negligence, and 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations.

Keegan holds a bachelor's degree in economics from San Diego State University and Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, South Royalton.
